Thank you for choosing Otrigger for your perfume purchases. This Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the delivery of orders placed on our website, www.otriggerkw.com. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

  1. Delivery Timeframe: We strive to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. The delivery timeframe for your order will be between a minimum of 1 day and a maximum of 3 days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
  2. Delivery Timeframe for Thursday & Friday Orders: Orders placed on Thursdays and Fridays will be processed and dispatched on the next business day (Saturday). As a result, you can expect to receive your order on the following Monday.
  3. Non-Refundable Policy: All orders are non-refundable once they have been processed and dispatched for delivery. If you need to make changes to your order or address, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible before the dispatch date, and we will do our best to assist you. However, we cannot guarantee changes once the order is in transit.
  4. Official Holidays and Non-Delivery Days: On official holidays (Eid & New Year) and non-delivery days, orders will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.
  5. Shipping Fees: Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. The exact shipping cost depends on the delivery location, weight, and shipping method selected.
  6. Delivery Address: Please ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
  7. Delivery Attempts: Our delivery partners will make reasonable attempts to deliver your order to the provided address. If no one is available to receive the package or doesn’t attend the call at that time, they may leave a delivery notification and attempt redelivery on the next business day. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
  8. Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions, strikes, or other force majeure events, delivery times may be delayed. We will not be liable for any delays or damages caused by such events.
